services Manager.
The ideal candidate must have a proven track record of meeting and exceeding deadlines, the ability to think analytically, and excited about working in a fast-paced environment with the ability to be self motivated. Big picture thinkers are strongly encouraged to apply.
The Sr. Client Services Manager will direct and support their sales and national accounts team. Candidate must be a proven leader of a team of 8-12 individuals with extensive experience in team development and leadership; must have strong experience managing an order processing program and must be able to handle clients in an office environment with professionalism and tact. Functions of this position will be:
Manage order fulfillment processes by assisting clients, taking orders and expediting when requested.
Provide accurate, responsive, and efficient placement of orders
Talk with clients by phone to take orders and expedite when necessary
Follow up on order status, back order expediting, shipping discrepancies, and missing documents
Provide quality service while continuously striving for improvement and consistency
Filing and organizing sales orders, invoices, and customer's correspondence Data entry
Extensive contact with all levels of management, sales staff, other departments and customers
Experience in the food industry is a preferred
Strong multitasking ability
Ability to function in a fast paced environment
Ability to work with and influence multiple functions and tiers
Knowledge of food manufacturing and product shelf life standards are strongly desired
5+ Years Customer Service Experience in Manufacturing Company or related industry
3+ Years in leadership position
Education--Must have Bachelors Degree or higher in business or related field
Must be proficient in MS Office : Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook
Must have strong SAP knowledge
